Apart from the times I get extremely pissed with people, I generally keep my comments to myself(mood swings does not apply).
I shopped online a lot. And I am ALWAYS ALWAYS pleasant to the sellers.
I believe you received good customer service only if you are a good customer yourself.
Afterall, I myself once was from front line service and sales line.
Ok la, I admit I do get annoyed at sellers BUT HEY! I was so nice to them after that. Really. Like the vintage belt thingy and the EX A&F polo T incident.
But this one is the ultimate.
BLOODY RUDE AND IMPATIENT SELLER.
If not for the fact I am compiling orders for my friends, I wouldn't give a flying fuck.
This woman ah, so impatient can?
I was bit worried on the quality coz I do have experiences in buying A&F polo T which are of not good quality. Whats more an online shop, more assurance is needed after a bad experience.
I tried explaining to her and clarify but she became a lill impatient and not as nice.
Nevermind, so finally I send in orders just now.
And look what was her reply.
She coloured, bold-ed and centralized ALL my orders.
Can see its on purpose one can? Like she decided to not be nice to me even though I am purchasing 12 orders and I help Gek bought a bag from her!
And hello, after this email was sent, another email was sent asking me to reply in less than 15minutes.
I was away watching Miami Ink and when I came back to these 2 emails, you say I hot or not?
Cannot take it.

GRRRRRRRRR. And when I re-enter her blog to clarify on the pricing of the dress. I cannot enter.

(As you can see, I am all determined to not help her boost more viewing rates. Not that I have a lot of readers la but thats not the point. I don't want YOU to go in.)

Hello, I am not good because of you. You made me extremely mad because of your lack in patience which plays a vital role in good service delivery. Yes Lily, I clicked there the moment I am done reading it. I am most pleased that you like shopping and you like pink.
Me too.
But why do I feel that we are 2 worlds apart despite the fact that we(you Lily, me Lulu) are pink lover females whom like to shop?
Better service DO NOT consist of being impatient to your customers. Especially if they are by far a new customers whom is buying a couple of stuff.
I understand maybe you are worried that I am a dead buyer, but DONT WORRY LILY, me Lotus is no dead buyer. Me Aminah is not your typical poly/secondary school pattern girl.
If I fucking go to the extent of saving pictures and putting them into words and email to you, I for sure WILL TAKE IT UP.
KNN if not for the fact that my friends and their friends placed orders, I might just withdraw my order.
